Gavin Handler is an experienced litigation attorney who has defended a variety of different claims, including premises liability, automobile negligence, commerical litigation, and several others. Prior to joining the firm, Gavin represented local government and law enforcement agencies in defense of civil rights and retaliation claims, including claims brought before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission ("EEOC") and the Florida Commission on Human Rights ("FCHR").

In 2019, Gavin graduated from the University of Tennessee with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. He went on to graduate from the University of Mississippi School of Law in 2022.

Gavin is admitted to practice law in all Florida courts, as well as the United States District Court for the Northern and Middle District of Florida, and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
